The Lodge is a gorgeous classic kiwi country villa. Enjoy the long dining tables and spacious and comfortable lounge areas, relax in the sunken "love-pit", or play a game of pool. Pinedale's a great place for sharing your adventures and making friends.

Pinedale Backpacker Lodge is only 10 minutes drive from the base of Mount Hutt Ski Area. Within 5 minutes walk from Pinedale are several legendary pubs and an art house movie theatre. The Visitor Centre is nearby as are supermarkets, a book shop, galleries, ski and snowboard shops and a gym. There are plenty of places to eat, including takeaways, pub meals, cafes and restaurants.
